While browsing children's yoga and fitness sites on the web the other day I came across a site called http://www.activitytv.com/. I instantly became a big fan, as it is full of videos you can watch with your children that promote exercise & movement, creativity, and educational activities. After searching for yoga I found an entire video collection staring Jodi Komitor, the founder of Next Generation Yoga, and one of the first children's yoga studios ever. This collection includes fun games & activities, interesting ways of teaching poses to your children, and the best part is its easy to do and doesn't require any special props. Even if you don't have yoga mats at home you can do these short sessions on a carpeted floor, or on a beach towel or blanket.
